Title: Inspecting Officers Proforma

Does anyone know were I can obtain a local authority fire safety inspectors audit proforma. I am keen to see how they gather their information when auditing a premises with an RRO FRA.

Ask an IO perhaps.  A number of Brigades are changing the format from 1 April to a very simple form, on just 2 pages, with points scoring leading to enforcement action.

The original form was over 80 pages!! ::)

we have got ours down to 12.
