Defence Fire and Resecue Service Tests

Hello to all,
                 Im due to sit my written assessment for the DF&RS later this month at RAF Shawbury. Unsure if they were going to use the NFF assessment I telephoned HQ and asked them. I was told if they can get the test in time they will, but if not they will use their old way of testing which will be general knowledge questions, mathematics questions and a dictation. Are there any DF&RS firefighters on this forum that can possibly give me an idea of what to expect and what I can do to prepare as I really dont want to fail.
