try a google search for things like griffin and itrip
works very well in the car and the house- only prob in the car is finding a consistently quiet frequency on fm as you travel, as it transmits a very low power signal on fm  you do need to keep retuning the itrip every 20 miles or so- or otherwise the ipod  signal can suffer interference. And of course clear channels are few and far between on the top of hills

it was the I trip i mentioned previously,the one not licensed in the UK yet.
