PV Invertor within domestic roofspace
« on: October 13, 2022, 04:26:45 PM »
Good afternoon all,
I am looking at the fire safety precautions of PV Invertors contained roof spaces of new domestic properties.
I was reading an article in relation to Dutch research looking at reducing the risk of fire in PV installations following a series of fires from 2018 to 2020 where the PV system was found to be the cause.
Is anyone on the forum aware of fire safety measures required within the UK where PV invertors are located within a roof space of domestic properties?
