Fire risk assessment suitable and sufficient

Simple question, that will open a debate. Is a fire risk assessment suitable and sufficient if it covers more than one "premises"? The FSO is written wrt the protection of relevant persons in a premises or single building or structure or site! But would a single FRA be suitable if it covered more than one building or "premises". It might be if the site or area contained a few buildings that were similar and could be grouped, maybe a few portacabins all the same. But what about a School or Factory site where the main and outbuildings were remarkably different in use or size? Opinions on a single FRA to cover the latter are welcomed.

Simple answer is yes, a single assessment is sufficient for a site with multiple buildings.

Fishy:
There's nothing in the RR(FS)O preventing this (in fact, there is nothing in there that says you have to have a document with "Fire risk assessment" as the title at all). 

The document should be identifiably specific to those premises and it should not just be a list of generic risk control measures, though (which I've seen in the past).
