Fire safety in shopping centres

I am doing some reseacrh into fires and fire safety in shopping centres and the implications of the RRO on shopping centres. I would be grateful for
1. any information on previous fires in shopping centres, including photographs and/or video;
2. the effectiveness of fire engineered solutions;
3. general thoughts on how the new regs will affect shopping centres.
