Murray,

written tests and interviews are weekdays and the physicals are at weekends.

After interview you need to complete a medical, including chester step,  and if you pass that then you need to wait on references and CRB check.

In relation to a starting date it depends on how many recruits they are taking on and how many pass all the processes. The interview is scored and the highest scorers get offered the places. The others go into a pool for future vacancies.

  i have just started a new job and don't want to ask for to much time off. I'll have to sort something out. Thanks for the info.
