If you don't like my sandwiches then I am sorry for offering you the sandwich, and I understand your reasons for not wanting the sandwich. I would like to offer to make you another sandwich of your liking, and I will chalk this one up to experience and learn from my mistake. I will then arrange a team meeting to debrief the sandwich-related near miss to ensure that we do not have any other potential sandwich-related disasters. This will then be compiled into a report and sent to HR for their records.

Civy, I am sorry but you gravely insulted my religious beliefs by offering me a ham sandwich.

The PC police are already arranging for a course explaining the eating rules for obscure religions, which will result in you having the correct attitude to your interview candiates ie you will be paranoid about offering them any hospitality or asking them any questions at all! It should only keep you in a class room and away from those nasty unsafe fires for about 3 months.  ;D

Unfortunately you didnt specify what type of bread it would be on and forgot to ask if I wanted mustard.
