DSEAR- KST Limits.

Hi all, Can anyone help me out? I am looking for some information with regards the above regulations, specifically the KST – Internationally-recognized index. Does anybody know where I can obtain this index, or can anybody recommend a good testing company. Kindest regards Steve.
