Hi guys, first post here. I have run a search and come up empty handed. Can anyone here point me in any direction regarding FBT i.e is it compulsary these days? and if so is there a DCOL or Home office bulletin.

Isn't it funny, how if you sit in a library and scream, everyone looks at you and tuts...but do the same thing on an aircraft and everyone joins in!
