On Friday CACFOA issued their draft document for public consultation on the above.

What are peoples thoughts on this policy?

I do not have a link, but Ken Knight provided a copy to me and I suspect if you enquire with London Fire & Emergency Palnning Authority they will supply you a copy.

For the firefighters out there, I belive that a copy was also sent to the RFU and the FBU.

Its a good start, but needs a bit of ploish to iron out a number of illogical aspects and to determine exactly what is intended for the Level 3 response and what is expected of occupiers when they revert to 999 only.

The document is out for public comment and people have until the 31st of March to make their comments/recommendations.  If you phone London Fire and Emerency Palnning Authority (they gave me my copy) on 020 7587 2000 and ask for Ken Knights office and ask for a copy, I guess they will supply it.

Alternativly, CACFOA might send you a copy.
