Sadly, its not all in one place.

Its also a very very broad subject, so there's stuff all over the place about loads of different things.

Places/website woth a punt include - BRE & NIST, plus some of the Unis like Edinburgh, Greenwich, Ulster and Leeds.

I understand that the library at the fire service college is affiliated with all other libraries in the UK and therefore you can get material from there.  The catalogue is available on-line.  If you select what you want and then go to your local library with relevant details they will arrange for your desired books to be sent to them for you to collect.
