Hi guys. If any of you are about to apply take a look at www.PassYourFireApplication.com . You will find it very helpfull when filling in your application form. I have been working through the workbook which helps you to identify your very best examples to use on your form, and provides guidance on how to structure your examples. I thought my answers were ok untill i looked at this. It gives you an insight to what the FRS are looking for in the PQA's.
