Does anyone know where extinguishers are mentioned in this act? Looked and can't find.

Also does the The Health and Safety (Safety Signs and Signals) Regulations 1996 apply in Scotland

Fire extinguishers are not mentioned in the various Orders throughout the UK Nim. Without going in to the formal wording of the Order there has to be a means for firefighting, where necessary, and this is usually satisfied by the provision of fire extinguishers and, where appropriate, suppression systems

The Health and Safety (Safety Signs and Signals) Regulations 1996

(2) These Regulations shall apply—

(a)in Great Britain;

Northern Ireland has its own Regulations but it looks to be just a cut and paste of the GB Regs.
