Storage of Nitrogen/Helium Cylinders Outside

Can anyone help me with information on what is legally required for the storage of these cylinders outside a building?  i.e. distances, security, legislative documents etc...

Don't know the specifics, but there are publications, which look as if they will answer your question on the website for the British Compressed Gas Association (BCGA) - http://www.bcga.co.uk/first.htm
