Just come across this site which I thought you may be interested in......

www.safe-t.eu

Bit pricy I thought for a 1kg powder although I note the "gold" one @ £499 is out of stock!!!

Interesting clip from their FAQs

"Can the SAFE-T legally replace a traditional extinguisher?
The SAFE-T is perfectly legal and even advised for all types of private use. It is just as efficient as a traditional extinguisher, but with a touch of added designer style!

However, the SAFE-T is not sufficient in cases where the law imposes the presence of a fire extinguisher (public places, companies, cars). In these cases, the colour red is obligatory because it allows everyone to easily spot the fire extinguisher. On the other hand, nothing prevents you from installing a SAFE-T in your office or car as long as you also have an official extinguisher."

So why would anyone want one of these?
(Though I might buy AB one for his Christmas stocking)
