Title: Sabre BA cylinder hydrotests

I am seeking the Torque setting for a cylinder assembly onto a Sabre steel BA Cylinder Type 219,   size 9 Litre Water Capacity, 1800 Litres air with a charging pressure of 200 Bars (45 minutes duration.) Following Hyrdotest.
