I have had calls from collegue's in Bulgaria & Romania who are experiencing extreme flooding in the upper Danube areas. There is extensive loss of property, livlihood, food and life in these areas. The Fire Service across in these regions are at best ill equipped - very often with no equipment.
They currently have no pumps or equipment to deal with this. They are looking for pumps or pumping appliances to deal with the flooding.
I know it's a big ask but it's a big problem. Can anyone help?
Thanks

Thanks chaps - I have had some response on one of the other forums.
I am now trying down the e-bay and autotrader route but the advent of fire engine limousines has inflated the price of any old fire service stock - long live capitalism!!?.
Thanks for all your help anyway. =D

Good Luck GB ,
WOuld loove to help but just wouldn't know where to start. I guess some of the FS HQ's may want to donate and use as a publicity stunt??

Ask the FSPG - the appliances in their sales section are often still at reasonable rates and not all from 1950!

Anthony - do you have link or contact details?
