Most Healthcare premises, if not all, already have a Risk Assessment done, whether that meets the phrasing of a Fire Risk Assessment or the Significant findings bits in RR(FS)O is a different matter. The Responsible Person should have known this is coming and may have taken steps already. I wonder what the Governments definition of 3 months is? Do you think that Healthcare premises will have 3 months to comply? A court may substatiate that. Those FRS Officers should be wary of issuing Notices on Healthcare premises for the immediate future.
