Title: Enforcement Guide

I have seen references to the Enforcement Guide in a number of postings but are they refering to the HSE guideance or is there one especially aimed at FRS regarding the RRFSO.

There is a draft Enforcers Guide for RR(FS)O.  Eventually it will be a proper guide but when, who knows.  I have a copy of the latest draft, it is not that good and needs work.
