The FSO refers to dangerous substances but is there a definition, guidence, procedures in dealing with the above

DSEAR REgs, CHIP Regs are examples, however they all need to be risk assessed for fire.

The definition in the order includes anything that is - well - err - dangerous

The requirement of the order is to assess how the dangerous substances will affect the general fire precautions and what measures have been taken in respect of this.

The HSE enforce the process and storage side and the Environment Agency have an interest where there is a risk of pollution.
