I have been asked to source a replacement gun meal or brass outlet for a fire hydrant fitted with a round thread plastic outlet. Apparantly a plastic outlet on a hydrant in the client's organisation has snapped and they wish to replace the plastic outlets with metal outlets as required by the BS.
The hydrant in question is not fitted with the standard four bolt assembly, but has a single bolt that secures the outlet to the body. Can anybody let me know where such a fitting can be scourced?

Try some of the waterboards, especially Scotland-they had problems with them failing and were going to revert back to alloy/gummetal ones.
or try
