Title: going for promotion

Hi there.. Can anyone out there give me some advise as to what to study and advice on interviews with regards to going for promotion to Crew Manager Level.

I would suggest you look in the following areas:

Equal Ops
Management areas - sickness, discipline etc
Community safety
SOP's
Incident Commnad
Health & Safety

I know there is a lot to study but you will need to cover all of the above. The other tip is to ask what areas the panel will be drawing their questions from. Some will tell you, it doesn't mean you will get the questions, just the areas to study.
