Can anyone confirm for me what thickness of supalux required for 1 hours fire resistance?

Depends what you are protecting and the detail of the supporting construction.
  internal insulation and joints. For walls 9mm superlux fitted both sides of steel studding with protected joints and mineral fibre infill will give 1 hour. You need to get hold of the manufacturers handbook- cape boards used to do them free of charge. Important to follow the detail of the spec.
