Title: Clean Driving Licence
Post by: Jamesx81x on January 18, 2007, 10:11:48 PM
Do most fire brigades only accept you if you have a clean driving licence as i have just read on Nottinghamshire website that a clean licence is essential.

Also i have just been knocked back for South Yorks FR and as i have 3 penalty points was wondering if this was something to do with it.

Any advice would be great!

may be something as simple as using penalty points as a means of cutting the number of applicants they have to deal with. If they only accept people with clean licenses it will reduce the number of people in the system and make the process easier to manage.

 Just a theory.
