Anybody purchased this document?  Got to be better than PAS 79. or is DIY still tops?

Not seen Croner for Fire risk assessment. But in my opinion  the principles and system of PAS 79 are spot on but it needs bringing up to date with the RRO and I think the report format is very  poor.
I use the PAS79 process but have made up my own template which I believe meets any definition of suitable and sufficient.
As I see it it, apart from the measures being taken to control the risk, the action plan should specify:
Details of hazard
Who or what is at risk
Evaluation of risk- likelyhood x severity
Existing control measures
Necessary additional risk control measures
Evaluation of risk once measures have been implemented
Who will do it
When it is to be done

I used the Croner system for a while but went back to using my own.  I agree with Kurnal that the principles behind PAS 79 are good but the reports are bad.  Tried to build the principles of PAS 79 into my home grown assessment.  It seems to work quite well.
