Title: Chester Step Test

Hi All

Just wanted to know if anybody has a copy of the Chester step test that i could have on mp3?

I have my medical in a few weeks and wouldnt mind having a crack at it before the day.

can any body tell me if i have to get "just" get to level 4 or do i have to pass level 4?

there are 5 levels smoggy, but you only go as far as your heart rate for your age, once you go over this the test stops and your rate is then calculated by the computer programme
