Title: chester step test

Hi all

can anyone please help?

i am trying to work out my vo2max and have been doing the chester step test at home, at about 30 seconds in to level 4 my hr hits the 80% mark witch is 154.

im 27 so my mhr is 193 can anyone tell me if my vo2 max is over 44? according to my maths it is i think however im getting 3 different readings when im drawing my lines on my graph.

I'm not sure without a graph in front of me but I would say if you are in level 4 before you hit your 80% you've passed it!!

Maybe one of the others will be able to elaborate for you??
