Title: oil industry in alberta canada

I have an interview coming up for a large oil company and alot of the job focuses on fire safty training basicaly everthing from a to z on fire prevetion.I have trainig in general fire safty and prevetion but would realy appreciate any info on this indusrty specific or where i could find info.

This may be too late for you but check out the industrial forums at www.firehall.com.  I know a few people in the industry and they like the work, good pay, but expensive living expenses (so you are not much further ahead).

On company staff it will likley be Emergency Medical and Rescue based IN CAMP rather than just fire.  If you join a contractor (for oilfield work) do your homework.  Check out the above forums and good luck.
