Had a school  application come into the department can anyone shed some light on when BB100 is coming into effect is it still in draft form.

While you are still waiting for summer to arrive,suggest you use the Approved doc 'B' 2000 (with 2002 ammendments) and not the latest 2006 (effective April 2007 edition)

Yes, that's what the DCLG suggest in the Circular that comes with ADB 2006.
