Title: Manchester Act 1981 section 65

Please can anyone point me towards the exact wording of section 65 of the above Act? I have spent hours googling without success. Extracts of the section appear in various appeals on the govt websites but nowhere can I find the actual complete wording of the section.

Local authorities are required to keep a copy of local acts available for you to look at - its a requirement of the Building Act.
