Thanks Wee Brian there was no need for such a comprehensive response a short answer would suffice.
Do we know if it likely to differ considerably from the draft???

Yes lots - The plan is to make it like ADB but with added guidance on property protection, this will include a bit setting out how to do a cost benefit calc for sprinklers.

This came out at a seminar run by DfES about a month ago.
