My brigade has just done its rank to role review and the guys in my dept are pretty cheesed off at the way they have been stitched up. Usual thing, lots of promises about a fair review then (after spending ages on a long winded questionaire and waiting about a year for the result) when it comes down to it they decide to ignore the findings. Does anyone know if there is a brigade out there who wants to hire most of a training team. All RTCi, BAi, FABTi, A1 assessors, Vector facilitators, Cert Ed, lots of extras.

No problem. Good luck. Which brigade are you in by the way?

Rather that was kept QT for now as I am looking at other posts.

Its disgracefull how long serving, experienced Ffs are being treated its almost like they want you to leave, good luck looking around.

I would have thought that training would have been given priority treatment under the review as it is surely key to the whole IPDS restructure?
In an organisation where "Risk Assessment" is the buzz, training must be given the upmost importance to ensure people at the sharp end are as safe as possible.
