Title: Training aids
Post by: james fleming on August 09, 2007, 10:56:22 AM
I am looking for any handouts or leaflets that you have or could recommend with regards to fire extinguisher markings.

I.e. the stamped numbers and lettering on head of CO2 FE.  Does any one have any training aids to assist in delivering specifically what they are etc…
Also the main labels on FE does any one have a Power Point Presentation on the markings, colour coding and various CE / EU markings and dates?

Any help would be good…

Copies of EN3 & the colour coding BS7863 will help you on the labeling & copies of the BS and EN relating to the cylinder construction will give you the info as will any training manuals for installers. I'm not sure a ppt exists for this at the moment sadly
