Can any one help? I am looking to find out who makes BA board and rapped deployment boards (the small boards with two slots and the count down timer). Any info would be of great help.

NIFB have recently purchased a BA Telemetry system from Dragar

Only in its infancy in its operation

However it does have facility for rapid deployment

According to Companies House, this company Dissolved 18th January 2000.

They restarted as:

But were again Dissolved 08/10/2002

Both were through Insolvency and no longer exist

Thanks, I have just got in contact with a company called Theamside Fir Protection and Procession Units. They both supple BA rapid deployment boards and the normal 10 slot BA board.

Would you be so kind as to pass on any info you got from them?  I'm about to do a lecture on this too and any help / info would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Karen, unfortunately I do not have any real info on the boards, I am not doing a lecture, I’m just looking into purchasing a board for the Airport Fire Service. You could try looking in to T/B 1/97 or giving companies or your BA workshop a call to find out more info, sorry for not be of much use.   ;)

Precision units in Dorset do a good Stage 1/2 BA board with the first 2 wearers slots incorporating a Rapid deployment clock so you can make best use of 1 board .
