Any members of region 10 reading this?

You may have met young Tom Jefferson. Tom has compiled an entire web site dedicted to Britains best fire brigade (:))

Considering his age, I think visitors will agree thats one sterling effort by this lad.

10 out of 10 Tom.

London.

Enjoyed this site based on Britains biggest fire brigade. Pity the best fire brigade isn't featured.

However, Tom should be assured that his site is interesting, and easy to follow. Perhaps some F&R services should look to this example!

He should be really proud of that it's brilliant!

How old is he?

Excellent work!

Bless you young Tom for allowing the deluded old cockernees to continue in the illusion that they are the best brigade in the country. We here in leafy Kent are far too modest to put them right. As for the other pretenders to the throne well less said soonest mended eh.

You 'Suvernerrs' Don't  really have a clue, do you? it is obvious Strathclyde is the best and it doesn't really need justified, it just is, SO THERE!!!
I could postulate and hypothesise forever but it would be wasted on those of lesser mental capacity so I will use a universal language to prove my point and that is humour.

I was speaking to an 85 year old retired Station Officer who left the job in the 80's and he said to me: -

"I remember when Gaffers were made of steel and ladders were made of wood- It's the other way round now"

Feckin Brilliant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If everyone sent this lad a picture of their own station and/or appliance he would have a very extensive collection!

I suppose there is a stage where we realise that the United Kingdom is made up of a number of Countries, where is Strathclyde by the way.  I think that the site is really good regardless of the location of the stations and appliances.

PS. Great site though.

Strathclyde is a big patch of land around Glasgow-I guess 'Strath' might have something to do with the river as well.My Brother emigrated there some years ago,but now moved on to Fife.
