Title: Assessors Insurance
Post by: Mr. P on October 02, 2007, 02:27:29 PM
Approved Inspector.  When an AI is required to issue certification for plans by an applicant, ie, not using the full plan submission route, what insurance levels should they have, and, where would they go to purchase it?
Thanks in anticipation guys!

Its in the Regs I think - There are a couple of firms that specialise in AI insurance. Try contacting the ACAI

http://www.acai.org.uk/

Or the CIC (who approve the AIs)
