THE REGULATORY REFORM (FIRE SAFETY) ORDER 2005 => Q & A => Topic started by: johno67 on October 12, 2007, 05:08:53 PM

Would it be possible to have a seperate forum, perhaps within the Fire Safety Order section, purely for details of prosecutions (both successful and unsuccessful) that have been carried out by enforcing authorities under the Fire Safety Order?
I think it would be a great reference source for both enforcers and responsible persons (and possibly the odd lawyer), especially now cases are starting to go through with more regularity (for example details of the Co-op case that appear elsewhere on this forum, and the recent Lancs prosecution of a HiMO resulting in 5 offences being recorded).
If this has already been suggested/addressed or appears elsewhere then please forgive my stupidity (I have only recently started contributing to the forums).

Very good idea. Even if it only points to news reports and links.

As an enforcing officer I do get to see the successful prosecutions through FINDS, and I think you will find that most successful prosecutions are highlighted on this forum. However, none of us seem to see any unsuccessful prosecutions.
