Definately you gave us a lot of food for thought - although I didnt realise you'd be so goodlooking and youthful Chris - I always envisioned you to be a fella over the age of 50 with a slight beer belly and a comb over !!! :p
No seriously it was a very good talk and the first time I had a real appreciation of how commercial insurance assessors look at fire safety and other issues.

You got the "slight beer belly" bit right, but I'm happy to report that I'm still in my 20's.

For those who did not have the "benefit" of my wee talk, insurance companies probably care a lot less about fire safety than you imagine. But we do care a little bit.

No problem. My capitalist employers actually let me do the talk for free (we would normally charge for such a thing) because they are of the opinion that explaining ourselves to Fire Services is a rather good idea.
