Title: brigade transfer

hi!
i'm thinking about transfering brigades at the moment and was wondering if there was anyone out there that had completed this process at Ff level that could give me ANY advice? what tests, drill, questions at interviews did you have to do/answer?

It varies from brigade to brigade. Some will have an interview while some might have the whole written and physical tests. All will have a medical.
