Can anyone help me? I am a substantive crew manager who has been a temporary WM/A in training and development for 3 years. We are about to undergo the rank to role process and i dont know what to expect. A whisper tells me that the role has come out a WM/A , But am i likely to be assimilated or sent packing(remember this is my permanent post)? has anyone been in the same position and if so what happened?
Also are any training officers out there WM/B and if so what evidence did you use to back up your application?
