Has anybody implemented or seen evidence of succesful strategies to reduce the number of false alarm malicous that their FRS receives. This would involve reducing the number of calls actually received rather than just attendances made?

Yes the University in my area have fitted alarmed covers on all break glass points on all escape routes and just the normal covers on all other call points we had just over 50 malicious calls last financial year and since Xmas when they were fitted we have had only one accidental damage where the student managed somehow to totally demolish the cover and actuate the break glass at the same time. Still early days but this strategy is looking good
