hello all
If there is anyone who is thinking of applying to the Fire Service soon-ish, I have put together an application form workbook and need voluteers who are prepared to work through it and review it for me. Anyone interested? I've put lots of tips and exercises in it that i think would be useful but i need to know if that is the case from your perspective.
Let me know if you want to give it a go!

You dont work for Water4fish do you?
-
Hello
no, I don't! Why do you ask?
I'm an independant occupational psychologist who does a lot of work with the FRS around assessment and development. I've designed a few packages to help people structure evidence more effectively at all levels as there is a fair bit of misleading advice about and it can be hard to see people's potential if they get stuck at the first hurdle.
it's just helpful if I can ask people to have a try of the things i put togther, it can be useful for both of us feedback-wise.
Was it Water for Fish who designed parts of the FF selection process in the first place?

HI Hannah, i'd like to give it a go.

Hello
Sorry for the delay, the trial finished a little while ago unfortunately. But if you go to www.passyourfireapplication.com I have just introduced a free service where if you submit one PQA question to me (no more than 150 words) I can tell you if you are on the right track or not.
