Can any 1 please advise me what you have to do for northern ireland fireservice medical and any tips on how pass it im on the reserved list and i have been told that my medical will be soon.

If its like the medical I attended it will be a questionaire asking about any previous problems and family medical history, a lung capacity test (inhale and exhale into a device), blood pressure, eyesight, hearing, a few prods here and there making sure your joints are ok and a urine test.
Blood Pressure - should be fine as long as your fit and healthy
Urine test - make sure you're not dehydrated beforehand as this can affect it.
