Title: chester step test

HI, does anyone know whats seen as a good stage to reach on the chester step test?????  on a 12 inch step i can achieve stage 7, my heart at that point is kicking out 152 BPM,  I have already started a more intense training program, but i'm interested to know if my score on the chester step is a respectable one....... Thanx

I dont think there is a set score, the doc takes ur heart rate before it then u do 100 step ups, the doc takes heart rate again and then again after 2minutes rest, he can then work out if ur fit, maybe the doc has the score table
