Title: Decision on night staff in Hotels

Some time ago, there was discussion regarding a pending case as to whether night staff were required in Hotels to assist with evacuation.

Has a decision been reached on this topic yet?

In short.... No!

Its one of those grey unresolved areas which needs a test case

Cleveland,
there was a test case pending. I can't remember the F&RS involved but there was some discussion in this forum regarding the consequences. Hence the enquirey.
