Title: Formulae for Fire Safety inspections

Hi

Can anyone tell me the formulae/simple principle for fire safety inspections as quoted on various FSC courses. I beleive its something like MCOUPTET, which stands for something like Management, Construction, Occupancy, Usage etc...
Studying for grads and it was quoted to me the other day but I forgot it before I had the chance to write it down.

Management, Occupancy, Construction, Travel distance, Exit Capacity, Time to escape - MOCTET is sometimes taught
