Title: ADC For Crew Commanders.

Just a note to ask if anyone has done the ADC for the crew commanders , (Leisure center manager) and if so could you give me an indication on the basis of  what is exactly involved.  This process has got its place in the service but not in such a depth that to promote only academics and have no practical input what so ever.

 A disgruntled firefighter who's Lf's and Sub's exams don't mean squat!!!!!!!

Not being picky but if you have both Lff's and Sub's why did you not go for promotion years ago?
