First question wants a description of working with different ages backgrounds or gender. I am torn between working as a volunteer on a kibbutz with I did 15 years ago or more recently employing two people for 5 years one aged 20 the other aged 60.

I invested in the learn2become dvd worth every penny. I had little idea of the importance of the PQAs. I do now though. Hopefully I will get the psyhcometric test invitation.
