Does anyone know if the tranfer interview for Grampian FRS is a PQA based interview or an "Old Style" proper interview? many thanks

Im going for a tranfer interview myself, with Warwickshire,from what I can gather they are a bit of both,you have some fire srvice officer asking the old style stuff and some modern day HR lass asking all the PQA type questions. Trying to get more info myself, going to give the brigade a call Monday and see if they can throw a bit more light on the matter. Keep you posted.
